Absolutely. Saint Louis de Montfort recommends renewing your consecration annually. This program is a beautiful way to do that.
Most days require between 15–25 minutes.
The 12 preparatory days and Week 1 tend to fall on the shorter end, while Weeks 2 and 3 run on the longer end. If you pray all 15 decades of the Rosary as suggested by Saint Louis de Montfort in week 2 you'll more likely need to plan on 45-60 minutes those 7 days.
